MOSA cream chargers are small, silver, 100% recyclable steel cylinders filled with 8g (or up to 8.5g in Pro versions) of pure, food-grade nitrous oxide (N2O). They are used as propellants to whip cream, create foams, or infuse liquids in dispensers. Known for high-quality, non-dud production, they are compatible with most standard whip cream makers.
